Description
OPTIBELT 5V 500 KB belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for 5V 500 KB and any equivalents.
The Optibelt 5V 500 KB is a banded V-belt in the KB / Red Power series, with a length of 1270 mm. To match it to the belt being replaced, read the marking on the back of the old belt and compare the part number and length.
A banded V-belt ties multiple V-belts together with a common backing, so the set stays aligned on the sheaves. When replacing one, confirm the profile and length on the old belt match the 5V 500 KB. The profile is 5V and the length is 1270 mm.
If the marking is worn or missing, check the drive for the number of ribs and measure the outside length of the old belt. The 5V profile and 1270 mm length are the key figures. If the old belt is a different brand, the same size may be listed under another brand.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I confirm the 5V 500 KB is the right belt?
- Read the marking on the back of the belt you are replacing. Match the profile (5V) and length (1270 mm). If the old belt is unmarked, measure its outside length and count the ribs.
- Can I replace just one belt in a banded set?
- Banded V-belts are made as a single unit with a common backing. Replace the complete belt, not individual ribs.
- What do I send for a quote?
- Send the part number 5V 500 KB by WhatsApp or email. If you are unsure, include the old belt's marking and the drive details.
