Description
OPTIBELT 50 / T10 7400 AFX belongs to timing belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for 50 / T10 7400 AFX and any equivalents.
The Optibelt 50 / T10 7400 AFX is an Alpha Flex timing belt with a T10 profile and a 7400 mm length. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and the sheaves so the new belt runs true from the first start.
Check the sheaves for worn grooves, burrs, debris or corrosion, and confirm they are aligned and secure. A T10 profile belt seats in the grooves, so any damage there will shorten belt life. Verify that the 7400 mm length matches the drive layout and that the tensioning range can take up the belt.
Look at the rest of the drive as well: shafts, bearings, guards and any idler or tensioner. Correct anything that could misalign or overload the belt before installation. Once the drive is sound, fit the belt without forcing it over the flanges.
