The Optibelt 5-E 3000 is a banded V-belt from the KB VB series, built to keep multiple V-belts aligned and working as one unit on drives that cannot tolerate individual belt turnover or whip. Before you fit it, take a few minutes to inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt starts on a clean, true running surface.

Check each sheave groove for wear, rust, burrs and embedded debris. A worn groove lets the belt sit too deep, which changes the effective diameter and shortens belt life.
