This Optibelt KB Blue Power 2 belt is a banded V-belt with part number 5-8V 2360 BP2 and a length of 5994 mm. Before fitting it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true and wears evenly.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or buildup, and confirm they are aligned. Banded V-belts tie several ribs together, so a worn or misaligned groove can cause uneven tension across the band. Look for cracks, glazing, or missing material on the sheaves and correct any issues before installation.
Verify the sheave diameters and the center distance match the drive. The belt length is 5994 mm, so confirm the take-up range allows correct tensioning. Also inspect bearings, shafts, and guards for play or interference that could shorten belt life.
When you are ready to order, send the part number 5-8V 2360 BP2 by WhatsApp or email. We carry the Optibelt KB Blue Power 2 line and can confirm the belt or suggest an equivalent based on your drive details.
