Description
OPTIBELT 4-E 4000 belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for 4-E 4000 and any equivalents.
The Optibelt 4-E 4000 is a banded V-belt from the KB VB series, with a length of 4000 mm. Before fitting it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true and wears evenly.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or buildup that can misalign the belt. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and that the drive is locked out and isolated. A worn groove or misaligned sheave will shorten belt life, even with a correct replacement.
Verify that the replacement matches the removed belt: same banded V-belt type, same 4000 mm length, and the same number of ribs in the band. If the old belt is worn or damaged, read the marking on its back to confirm the part number before ordering.
When you need a quote, send the part number 4-E 4000 and the quantity by WhatsApp or email. Our team can confirm the belt or suggest an equivalent based on the data you provide.
