The Optibelt 32 T5 / 3600 AFX is a timing belt from the Alpha Flex series. It has a T5 profile, a 3600 mm length and a 5 mm pitch. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and the sheaves.
A new belt will not correct a worn drive. Check the sheaves for worn grooves, burrs or damage that can cut the belt. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and that the shafts and bearings turn freely. If the old belt shows edge wear or uneven tooth wear, the drive is telling you something.
Match the profile and the length to the drive. This belt is a T5 profile with a 3600 mm length and a 5 mm pitch. When you request a quote, send the part number 32 T5 / 3600 AFX and the quantity you need. If you are unsure, send a photo of the marking on the back of the old belt.
After fitting, check the belt runs true on the sheaves. Listen for unusual noise and look for any sign of rubbing. A short check after the first run can prevent a repeat failure.
