The Optibelt 2530V 790 is a variable speed belt from the Vario Power series. This page covers what its profile and length tell you when specifying a replacement. The belt is 2007 mm long.
The 2530V 790 is a variable speed belt, a construction used in drives where the sheave diameter changes to vary speed. The profile identifies the cross-section family, and the length of 2007 mm is the dimension to match against the old belt or the drive specification. Both must agree before you order.
To confirm the belt, read the marking on the back of the old belt and compare it with 2530V 790. If the marking is worn or the belt is missing, measure the length and check the profile against the sheave groove. Send the part number and the equipment details for a quote.
Variable speed belts often run in matched sets on the same drive. If more than one belt is on the drive, replace them as a set so the load stays even. Inspect the sheaves for wear or debris at the same time.
