The Optibelt 25 / T5 3000 AFX is an Alpha Flex timing belt with a T5 profile and a 3000 mm length. Before fitting it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs on clean, true surfaces.
Check sheave grooves for wear, burrs, and debris, and confirm the sheaves are aligned. A T5 profile belt with a 5 mm pitch seats in the grooves, so any damage or buildup can affect how the belt tracks and wears. Correct any misalignment or damaged sheave before installation.
Verify that the replacement matches the old belt. The Optibelt 25 / T5 3000 AFX is identified by its T5 profile and 3000 mm length, so compare those values with the marking on the belt you are replacing. This helps confirm the correct fit for the drive.
We carry the Optibelt 25 / T5 3000 AFX for maintenance, engineering, and purchasing teams. Send the part number by WhatsApp or email to request a quote, and we will reply promptly.
