The Optibelt 25 AT20 / 4400 AFX is an Alpha Flex timing belt with an AT20 profile, a 4400 mm length and a 20 mm pitch. Before you fit this synchronous belt, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt is not damaged by worn components.

Check the sheaves for wear, burrs, corrosion or damaged teeth. Confirm the grooves match the AT20 profile and that the sheave teeth are clean. Measure the center distance and verify the belt path aligns with the 4400 mm length. If the drive uses a tensioner or idler, inspect its bearings and surface condition.
