The Optibelt Omega 2200 D8M 85 is a double-sided timing belt with a 2200 mm length. Before fitting it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true and lasts. We carry this belt and quote by part number.
Check sheave grooves for wear, burrs or debris that can damage the belt teeth. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and the bearings turn freely. If the old belt failed early, find the cause before installing the replacement.
Verify the part number on the back of the old belt matches 2200 D8M 85. The 2200 mm length and double-sided profile must match your drive. If the marking is worn, measure the old belt and send photos.
Send the part number 2200 D8M 85 by WhatsApp or email for a quote. Our team can confirm the belt or suggest an equivalent. Include the application details if you need help.
