The Optibelt 2100 14MDC 37 is a Delta Chain polyurethane timing belt with a length of 2100 mm. Before you install it, take a few minutes to inspect the drive and sheaves. A worn or misaligned component can shorten the life of any new belt.
Check the sheaves for wear, especially in the grooves where the belt teeth engage. Look for burrs, corrosion, or debris that could damage the polyurethane. Verify that the sheaves are aligned and that the bearings turn freely. If you find excessive wear, address it before fitting the belt.
Inspect the entire drive path for obstructions or rubbing points. Confirm that all guards and tensioners are in good condition. Clean the area so no foreign material contacts the new belt. A proper inspection helps ensure the Delta Chain belt performs as intended.
When you are ready to order, send the part number 2100 14MDC 37 via WhatsApp or email. Our team will confirm the belt and provide a quote. If you need help identifying the correct replacement, we can assist with that as well.
