Description

This Optibelt 2-C 5000 KB VB belt is a banded V-belt with a length of 5000 mm. Before fitting it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true and wears evenly.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or embedded debris. Worn grooves can let a new banded V-belt sit too low, which leads to slipping and heat. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and the grooves are clean and smooth.
Inspect the drive for damaged bearings, bent shafts, or loose mounts. Correct any misalignment or vibration before installation. A banded V-belt is built to run as a unit, so the drive must be in good condition to get full service life.
After the belt is seated, check tension according to your drive manual. Recheck tension after the first run-in period. For a quote on the Optibelt 2-C 5000 KB VB, send the part number and quantity by WhatsApp or email.
