The Optibelt Omega 1512 D14M 115 is a double-sided timing belt with a length of 1512 mm. Before you fit a replacement, inspect the drive and sheaves for wear or misalignment. This helps the new belt run true and last as expected.
Check the sheaves for worn grooves, burrs, or debris that can damage the belt. Verify that the sheaves are aligned and that the bearings turn freely. Any problem found now can cause the new belt to fail early.
Confirm the part number on the back of the old belt matches 1512 D14M 115. If the marking is unreadable, measure the length and note the profile and tooth pattern. Send a photo of the old belt and the drive setup for verification.
