The Optibelt 1424 D8M is a double-sided timing belt from the Omega High Power series, with a 1424 mm length. Before you install it, take a few minutes to check the drive and sheaves.
Inspect the sheaves for worn grooves, nicks, or buildup that can damage the belt. Confirm the sheave profile matches the belt's D8M profile. Check that the shafts turn freely and that the sheaves are aligned.
Look at the old belt's wear pattern. Uneven edge wear often points to misalignment, while cracking or missing teeth can indicate a worn sheave or a tension problem. Correct any issues before fitting the new belt.
When you are ready to order, send the part number 1424 D8M by WhatsApp or email. We carry the Optibelt Omega High Power line and will reply promptly to confirm the belt for your drive.
