The Movendis PP-XPB2391-EPDM-AS is a cogged narrow V-belt in the XPB profile with a length of 2391 mm, part of the PowerPlus EPDM Cogged Raw Edge Narrow series. Before fitting this belt, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true from the start.
Check sheave grooves for wear, scoring or buildup that can shorten belt life. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and that no groove has a step or ridge where the belt rides. A worn sheave can damage a new cogged narrow V-belt even when the profile and length are correct.
Verify the replacement matches the old belt. The PP-XPB2391-EPDM-AS is an XPB profile belt measuring 2391 mm, so confirm the marking on the back of the old belt before ordering. If the number is unreadable, measure the outside length and note the profile and width.
