The Movendis PP-CX88,5-EPDM-AS is a cogged classical V-belt in the CX profile with a length of 2304 mm. Before fitting it, inspect the drive so the new belt is not damaged by worn components.
Check the sheaves for wear, rust, oil or debris. Worn grooves or misaligned pulleys can shorten belt life and cause noise or slip. Confirm the sheave groove matches the CX profile and that the belt sits correctly in the groove.
Inspect the drive for damaged bearings, loose mounts or obstructions. Rotate the drive by hand to verify smooth movement. If the old belt failed early, correct the cause before installing the replacement.
