The Movendis PP-AX84,5-EPDM-AS is a cogged classical V-belt in the AX profile with a length of 2183 mm. Before fitting a new belt, inspect the drive and sheaves so the replacement runs true and wears evenly.
Check sheave grooves for wear, burrs, or embedded debris, and confirm the grooves match the AX profile. Misaligned or worn sheaves can damage a new cogged belt quickly, so correct any runout or alignment issues before installation.
Verify that the drive is locked out and that the old belt has been removed without forcing it over the sheave flanges. Inspect the sheaves for cracks or excessive groove wear and replace any that are damaged. With the sheaves clean and in good condition, fit the Movendis PP-AX84,5-EPDM-AS and tension it according to your drive specifications.
