The Movendis PP-8V2120 is a narrow wedge V-belt from the PowerPlus series. It has an 8V profile and a length of 5385 mm. Before fitting this belt, inspect the drive and sheaves to confirm the replacement will run true.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or debris that can shorten belt life. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and the correct 8V profile is used. Measure the old belt and compare it to the 5385 mm length of the PP-8V2120.
Inspect the drive for damaged or seized components, and verify that the take-up adjustment has enough travel for the new belt. Replace belts in sets when multiple belts run on the same drive. After installation, recheck tension and alignment.
We carry the Movendis PP-8V2120 for maintenance, engineering, and purchasing teams in the US, Canada, Mexico, and South America. Send the part number by WhatsApp or email to request a quote. The team can confirm the belt or suggest an equivalent.
