The Movendis PP-5VX745-EPDM-AS is a PowerPlus EPDM Cogged Raw Edge Narrow V-belt in the 5VX profile, with a length of 1892 mm. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true and wears evenly.

Start with the sheaves. Look for worn grooves, rust, burrs, or a polished floor that lets the belt sit too deep. Check alignment with a straightedge across both sheaves, and confirm the grooves are clean and free of debris. Any sheave damage will shorten the life of a new cogged narrow V-belt, so correct it first.

Then check the rest of the drive. Spin the shafts by hand, feel for rough or noisy bearings, and make sure the take-up has enough travel to tension the belt correctly. On this Movendis belt, the raw-edge cogged construction is designed for the 5VX profile and the 1892 mm length, so it fits only where those dimensions match.

When you request a quote, send the part number PP-5VX745-EPDM-AS, the profile 5VX, and the length 1892 mm. If you are replacing more than one belt on a multi-belt drive, note the quantity so the set can be matched. Our team replies by WhatsApp or email and can confirm the belt or suggest an equivalent.
