The Movendis PP-5VX695-EPDM-AS is a cogged narrow V-belt in the 5VX profile with a length of 1765 mm. It belongs to the PowerPlus EPDM Cogged Raw Edge Narrow series. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true from the start.

Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, burrs or embedded debris. Worn grooves let a new cogged narrow V-belt sit too deep, which leads to slip and heat. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and the shafts turn freely. Look at the old belt for uneven wear, cracks or glazing, since those signs often point to a drive problem rather than the belt itself.

The 5VX profile and 1765 mm length identify this belt. Compare those numbers with the marking on the belt you are replacing. If the drive uses more than one belt, fit a full set of the same profile and length so the load is shared evenly.

Send the part number PP-5VX695-EPDM-AS by WhatsApp or email to request a quote. If you are unsure about the profile or length, include the marking from the old belt and a photo of the drive; the team can confirm the right belt.
