The Movendis PP-5VX505-EPDM-AS is a cogged narrow V-belt in the 5VX profile with a length of 1283 mm. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true and wears evenly.
Check sheave grooves for wear, burrs and debris, and confirm the grooves match the 5VX profile. Misaligned or worn sheaves can damage a new cogged narrow V-belt quickly, so correct any runout, alignment or groove depth issues before installation.
Verify the old belt marking and measure its length against the 1283 mm figure. The PP-5VX505-EPDM-AS is a cogged narrow V-belt from the Movendis PowerPlus EPDM Cogged Raw Edge Narrow series. If the drive uses multiple belts, replace them as a set so load is shared evenly.
Send the part number PP-5VX505-EPDM-AS by WhatsApp or email to request a quote. Our team can confirm the 5VX profile and 1283 mm length, and help you check the drive before the belt is fitted.
