The Movendis PP-5VX1390-EPDM-AS is a cogged narrow V-belt in the 5VX profile with a length of 3531 mm. Before fitting this belt, inspect the drive and sheaves to confirm they are clean, aligned, and free of wear.
Check sheave grooves for wear, cracks, or embedded debris. Worn grooves can cause a new belt to seat poorly and slip. Verify that all sheaves are properly aligned and that the drive is locked out during inspection.
This belt is part of the Movendis PowerPlus EPDM Cogged Raw Edge Narrow series. The cogged raw edge design is intended for drives requiring a narrow wedge belt. Confirm the existing belt marking matches the 5VX profile and 3531 mm length before ordering.
