Description
MOVENDIS PP-5VX1165-EPDM-AS belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for PP-5VX1165-EPDM-AS and any equivalents.
The Movendis PP-5VX1165-EPDM-AS is a cogged narrow V-belt in the 5VX profile with a length of 2959 mm. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true from the start.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust or embedded debris. Worn grooves let the belt sit too deep and slip; damaged sheaves can cut the cogged raw edge. Confirm the sheaves match the 5VX profile and that the grooves are clean and dry.
Align the sheaves and check the bearings and shafts for play. Misalignment or a bent shaft will shorten belt life and cause uneven wear. Verify the take-up has enough travel to tension the 2959 mm belt correctly.
If the drive runs multiple belts, replace them as a set so lengths match and load stays even. Note the part number PP-5VX1165-EPDM-AS from the back of the old belt and send it to us by WhatsApp or email for a quote.
