The Movendis PP-3VX925-EPDM-AS is a cogged narrow V-belt in the 3VX profile with a length of 2350 mm. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt seats and runs correctly. We carry this belt and quote by part number.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or embedded debris. Worn grooves let a new cogged narrow V-belt sit too deep, which leads to slip and heat. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and the correct profile before installation.
Inspect the drive for damaged bearings, bent shafts, or worn bushings, and correct any issues before fitting the belt. A drive that is out of alignment or has a failed component will shorten belt life regardless of the belt's condition.
The PP-3VX925-EPDM-AS is a 3VX profile belt with a length of 2350 mm. Send us the part number and the quantity you need, and we will reply with a quote. If you are unsure of the profile or length, share the marking on the back of the old belt and we can help confirm the right belt.
