MOVENDIS PP-3VX640-EPDM-AS belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for PP-3VX640-EPDM-AS and any equivalents.

The Movendis PP-3VX640-EPDM-AS is a cogged narrow V-belt in the 3VX profile with a length of 1626 mm. Use it when replacing a worn 3VX belt and when you want to confirm the drive is ready for a new belt.

Before fitting this belt, inspect the sheaves for wear, grooves that have become stepped, and any burrs or debris. Check that the sheaves are aligned and that the drive turns freely by hand. A new cogged narrow V-belt will not correct a worn or misaligned drive, so correcting those conditions first protects the belt and keeps the drive running as intended.

The PP-3VX640-EPDM-AS is part of the Movendis PowerPlus EPDM Cogged Raw Edge Narrow series. Its 3VX profile and 1626 mm length are the two dimensions to match against the belt you are replacing. Read the marking on the back of the old belt and compare it to these values before ordering.

If you are unsure whether this is the correct belt for your drive, send the part number, the profile, and the length from your old belt by WhatsApp or email. The MR team can confirm the match or suggest an equivalent and reply with a quote.
