The Movendis PP-3VX390-EPDM-AS is a cogged narrow V-belt in the 3VX profile with a length of 991 mm. This belt is part of the PowerPlus EPDM Cogged Raw Edge Narrow series. Before fitting, inspect the drive and sheaves to confirm the belt will run correctly.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or debris that can damage a new belt. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and the correct profile matches the 3VX groove. Measure the existing belt to verify the 991 mm length is correct for your drive.
Examine the drive for worn bearings, bent shafts, or damaged guards that could affect belt life. Replace belts in sets when multiple belts run on the same drive to maintain even tension. After installation, check tension and re-tension after the initial run-in period.
The cogged raw edge construction is designed for drives with small sheave diameters. The EPDM compound is suited for industrial environments. For a quote, send the part number PP-3VX390-EPDM-AS via WhatsApp or email.
