The Movendis PP-3VX370-EPDM-AS is a cogged narrow V-belt in the 3VX profile with a length of 940 mm. It is part of the PowerPlus EPDM Cogged Raw Edge Narrow series. Before fitting it, inspect the drive and sheaves to confirm the belt will run correctly.

Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or debris. Worn grooves can cause a new belt to sit too deep or too high, leading to slip and short life. Verify that sheave alignment is straight and that no groove has a step or ridge. Confirm the required 3VX profile and 940 mm length match the drive before installation.

Inspect the drive for other issues: worn bearings, a bent shaft, or a failed tensioner can damage a new belt. Correct any misalignment or damaged component first. When replacing a belt on a multi-belt drive, fit all belts at the same time so tension is shared evenly. This Movendis belt is a cogged narrow V-belt, which can run on smaller sheaves than a standard wrapped belt of the same profile.

After fitting, check tension according to the drive manufacturer's specification. Recheck after the first hours of running and adjust if needed. Keep sheaves clean and free of oil or grease. For a quote on the PP-3VX370-EPDM-AS, send the part number by WhatsApp or email.
