The Movendis PP-2120-D/8M-180 is a double-sided timing belt from the PowerPlus Double-Sided Timing Belts series. It measures 2120 mm in length. Before fitting this belt, inspect the drive and sheaves to help avoid premature wear.

A double-sided timing belt drives from both faces, so the entire drive path matters. Check every sheave for worn grooves, debris or damage. Confirm that all pulleys turn freely and that there is no excessive play in the bearings. Any misalignment or worn component can shorten the life of a new belt.

When you replace this belt, examine the old one for cracking, missing teeth or exposed cord. These signs often point to a drive problem that should be corrected before the new belt is installed. Clean the sheaves and verify that the belt sits correctly in the grooves.
