The Movendis PP-1260-D/5M-180 is a double-sided timing belt with a 1260 mm length, part of the PowerPlus Double-Sided Timing Belts series. Before you fit it, take a few minutes to inspect the drive and its sheaves.
Check the sheaves for worn grooves, burrs, corrosion or debris that can damage a new belt. Confirm the pulleys turn freely and that bearings do not have excessive play or noise. Misalignment between sheaves will shorten belt life, so verify the shafts are parallel and the pulleys are in line.
Look at the entire drive path, including any idlers or tensioners. A worn tensioner or idler can cause the new belt to track poorly or wear quickly. Replace any component that shows roughness, sticking or uneven contact.
Once the drive is clean and aligned, install the Movendis PP-1260-D/5M-180 and set tension according to the drive manufacturer's procedure. Record the part number and length for future reference. To request a quote, send the part number PP-1260-D/5M-180 by WhatsApp or email.
