The Movendis PP-1175-D/5M-180 is a double-sided timing belt in the PowerPlus Double-Sided Timing Belts series, with a length of 1175 mm. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and check the sheaves so the new belt runs true and lasts.
Start with the sheaves. Look for worn grooves, burrs, or debris that can damage the belt teeth. Check alignment and runout, and confirm the sheaves are clean and free of rust. Any issue here will shorten the life of the new belt, no matter how good the belt is.
Next, check the rest of the drive. Spin the pulleys and idlers by hand to feel for rough bearings or excessive play. Look for oil or coolant leaks that could contaminate the belt. If the drive uses a tensioner, make sure it moves freely and holds setting.
Once the drive is sound, fit the Movendis PP-1175-D/5M-180. This double-sided timing belt has a length of 1175 mm. For a quote, send the part number PP-1175-D/5M-180 by WhatsApp or email. We carry Movendis belts and can confirm the right belt for your drive.
