Description
MOVENDIS P-BB94 belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for P-BB94 and any equivalents.
The Movendis P-BB94 is a double-V (hexagonal) belt in the BB profile with a 2388 mm length. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true from the start.
Check each sheave groove for wear, rust, or embedded debris, and confirm the grooves are clean and dry. Misaligned sheaves or worn grooves can shorten belt life and cause the belt to seat incorrectly. Verify that the sheave alignment is correct and that the take-up adjustment has enough travel for the new belt.
The P-BB94 is a double-V (hexagonal) belt, so it drives from both sides. Inspect both sets of grooves on every sheave in the drive, not just the primary contact side. Confirm the belt path is free of obstructions and that all idlers turn freely.
Once the drive checks out, install the P-BB94 and tension it according to your standard practice for this drive. If you need to confirm the profile or length, send the part number P-BB94 by WhatsApp or email and we will reply promptly.
