The Movendis P-B69 is a classical wrapped V-belt in profile B, with a length of 1750 mm, a top width of 17 mm, a height of 11 mm and a 40-degree angle. We carry it for maintenance and replacement work on drives that take a B-profile classical belt. Before you fit it, inspect the drive so the new belt is not damaged by worn components.

Start with the sheaves. Check the grooves for wear, scoring, rust or buildup, because a worn groove will not match the 40-degree angle of the belt and can shorten belt life. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and that the belt will sit correctly in the groove. Look at the drive for anything that could cut or rub the belt, and correct it before fitting the P-B69.

The P-B69 is a classical V-belt with a 17 mm top width, an 11 mm height and a 1750 mm length. If you are replacing an existing belt, read the marking on the back of the old belt and compare the profile and length with these figures. When a drive uses more than one belt, replace the set together so the load is shared evenly across the belts.
