The Movendis P-675-L-450 is a timing belt with an L profile and a length of 1714.5 mm. Before you install it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true and lasts.
Check sheave grooves for wear, burrs, or debris that can damage the belt teeth. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and the correct profile and length match the drive. If the old belt shows uneven wear, the sheaves or tensioner may need attention.
Verify that the tensioner and idler pulleys turn freely and are not worn. Set tension according to the drive manufacturer's specification. After installation, run the drive and recheck tension, then inspect for proper tracking.
