Description
MOVENDIS P-5V660 belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for P-5V660 and any equivalents.
The Movendis P-5V660 is a narrow wedge V-belt in the 5V profile with a length of 1682 mm. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true from the start.
Check sheave grooves for wear, burrs or debris that can cut or misalign a belt. Confirm the sheaves are aligned and the grooves are clean. A worn groove will not grip a new belt correctly, even when the belt is the right size.
Verify the drive takes a 5V profile belt and that 1682 mm matches the old belt's length. If the old belt is stretched, damaged or unreadable, send the part number P-5V660 and the drive details for a quote.
When you replace a belt, inspect the sheaves and the rest of the drive. Correct sheave condition and alignment help the new belt seat and run as intended.
