The Movendis P-3V315 is a narrow wedge V-belt with a 3V profile and an 806 mm length. This belt is part of the Movendis Narrow Wedge V-Belts series. Before fitting a replacement, inspect the drive and sheaves to avoid premature belt failure.

Check sheave grooves for wear, cracks, or embedded debris. Worn sheaves can cause the new belt to seat incorrectly, leading to slippage and reduced life. Verify that all sheaves are aligned and that the belt tension is set according to the drive manufacturer's specifications.

Confirm that the sheave groove profile matches the 3V cross-section. The P-3V315 is designed for drives that use 3V profile belts. If the existing belt is worn or stretched, compare its length to the specified 806 mm to ensure the replacement is correct.

When ordering, provide the part number P-3V315 and the quantity required. For drives using multiple belts, replace all belts at the same time to maintain even load distribution. If you need help confirming the right belt, send the part number and details of your drive to our team.
