The Movendis P-1000-T10-450 is a metric tooth timing belt with a T10 profile, a 1000 mm length, and a 10 mm pitch. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true from the start.
Check the sheaves for worn teeth, burrs, or debris in the grooves. Verify that the sheaves are aligned and that the shafts turn freely. Confirm the T10 profile and 1000 mm length match the belt you are replacing.
Look at the old belt for uneven wear, cracking, or missing teeth. These signs often point to a sheave or tensioner problem that will damage the replacement. Correct any issue before installing the new belt.
