The Mitsuboshi SPA 1457 is a narrow wedge V-belt for drives that use an SPA profile. This page gives the belt's dimensions and the pre-fit drive checks worth making before you install a replacement.
Before fitting the new belt, inspect the sheave grooves for wear, scoring, dirt or embedded debris. Check that the sheaves are aligned and that the grooves are not worn beyond their useful shape, since a worn groove can let a new belt sit too deep and slip. Confirm the belt sits correctly in the groove and that the drive guards and tensioning hardware are in good condition.
The SPA 1457 has a 12.7 mm top width, a 10 mm height and a 40° angle. The same size is also listed under Stark SPA 1457 and Optibelt SPA 1457. When you request a quote, send the part number SPA 1457 and the drive details so we can confirm the right belt for your application.
