Description
MITSUBOSHI AX 46 belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for AX 46 and any equivalents.
The Mitsuboshi AX 46 is a cogged classical V-belt with an AX profile. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true and wears evenly.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or embedded debris. Worn grooves let the belt sit too deep, which leads to slipping and heat. Clean the grooves and confirm they are smooth and uniform.
Align the sheaves so the belt runs straight into each groove. Misalignment causes edge wear and can roll a cogged belt out of the groove. Use a straightedge across the sheave faces to check.
Confirm the sheave diameter and groove profile suit an AX belt. The same size is also listed under Optibelt AX 46 and Dayco AX 46. Send the part number and your drive details for a quote.
