Description
MITSUBOSHI 60-XL-100 belongs to timing belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for 60-XL-100 and any equivalents.
The Mitsuboshi 60-XL-100 is a timing belt with an XL profile. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and the sheaves so the new belt runs true.
Check the sheaves for worn grooves, burrs, or debris that can damage the belt teeth. Confirm the shafts turn freely and that the pulleys are aligned. A worn or misaligned drive will shorten the life of any timing belt.
Fit the 60-XL-100 only after the drive passes inspection. Set the tension according to your equipment manual, then rotate the drive by hand to check the belt tracks correctly. Recheck tension after the first run-in period.
For a quote, send the part number 60-XL-100 and the quantity you need. If you are unsure about the profile or length, include the marking on the back of the old belt and a photo of the drive.
