The Mitsuboshi 144-XL-100 is a timing belt in the XL profile. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and the sheaves so the new belt runs true from the first start.
Check the sheaves for worn grooves, burrs, and buildup. A sheave that has damaged an old belt will damage the replacement. Confirm the sheave teeth are clean and that the belt sits correctly in the grooves.
Align the sheaves so the belt runs straight. Misalignment causes edge wear and heat. Check the tensioner and any idler for play or rough bearings, and replace them if they are worn. Set the tension to the drive maker's specification.
The 144-XL-100 is identified by its part number and XL profile. Send that part number through WhatsApp or email and the team will confirm the belt for your drive or suggest an equivalent.
