This is a Gates CC 195 belt from the Hi-Power Dubl-V series, a double-V (hexagonal) belt in the CC profile with a length of 5060 mm. Double-V belts drive pulleys from both faces, which suits reversing and serpentine drives where a standard V-belt cannot be used. The same size is also listed under Optibelt as CC 195.

Confirm fit by reading the marking on the back of the belt you are replacing and matching it to the part number, profile and length shown here. The profile must be CC and the length 5060 mm; a belt that differs in either will not seat correctly in the pulley grooves. If the old belt is worn or the marking is unreadable, measure the length and check the profile against the pulley grooves before ordering.

On a double-V drive, inspect both pulley faces and both sides of the belt for wear, since each face carries load. Check pulley alignment and groove condition at the same time, and replace belts in sets where the drive runs more than one belt so the load stays even across the grooves.
