Description
GATES C 45 belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for C 45 and any equivalents.
The Gates Hi-Power II C 45 is a classical V-belt with a C profile and a length of 1244.6 mm. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves. Worn grooves or misalignment will shorten the life of any new belt.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust or buildup. A straightedge across the sheave faces shows misalignment. Confirm the sheave groove matches the belt's 22 mm top width, 14 mm height and 40° angle. If a groove is worn, the new belt will sit too deep and slip.
Turn the drive by hand to check for binding or damaged bearings. Replace worn sheaves or damaged components before installing the belt. Keep sheaves clean and free of oil or debris.
When you request a quote, send the part number C 45 and the belt marking. Our team confirms the C profile and 1244.6 mm length. Contact us by WhatsApp or email.
