Description
GATES BB 74 belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for BB 74 and any equivalents.
The Gates BB 74 is a double-V (hexagonal) belt from the Hi-Power Dubl-V series. It has a BB profile and a length of 1955 mm. This page covers what to check when reading the marking on the belt you are replacing.
Start with the marking on the back of the old belt. Confirm the part number reads BB 74, then check the profile and the length against this listing: BB profile, 1955 mm. A worn or dirty belt can hide characters, so clean the area and read it in good light before ordering.
The same size is also listed under Mitsuboshi BB 74 and Optibelt BB 74. If the marking on your belt matches one of those, you can request the Gates BB 74 as the equivalent by part number.
Send the part number, the profile and the 1955 mm length by WhatsApp or email to request a quote. If the marking is unclear, include a photo of the belt back and the drive so the team can help confirm the right belt.
