Description
GATES 5VX 560 PowerBand belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for 5VX 560 PowerBand and any equivalents.
The Gates 5VX 560 PowerBand is a banded V-belt from the Quad-Power 4 PowerBand series, with a 1420 mm length. Before you fit it, inspect the drive and sheaves so the new belt runs true from the start.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or embedded debris. Worn grooves let a banded V-belt sit too deep, which leads to slippage and heat. Confirm that all sheaves are aligned and that the drive turns freely by hand. If you find damaged grooves, address them before installing the belt.
The 5VX 560 PowerBand is built as a banded V-belt, so the ribs stay together under load. Confirm the part number on the old belt matches 5VX 560 PowerBand. When you request a quote, send that number and the 1420 mm length. We carry Gates belts and can help confirm the right belt or suggest an equivalent for your drive.
