Description

Before fitting a Gates Polyflex 11M 1650 narrow V-belt, inspect the drive and sheaves. This belt is a Polyflex narrow V-belt with a 1650 mm length. Confirm the marking on the old belt matches 11M 1650.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or debris that can shorten belt life. Verify alignment between pulleys and confirm the belt sits correctly in the groove. A worn sheave can damage a new belt even if the part number is correct.
Look for oil, heat, or loose mounting that may have caused the original belt to fail. Replace belts in sets when multiple belts run on the same drive. After installation, recheck tension and alignment before running the drive.
For a quote, send the part number 11M 1650 and the quantity you need. If the old belt marking is unclear, share the drive details and our team can help confirm the right belt or suggest an equivalent.
