The DBH 9142 is a radial shaft seal built for rotating shafts, where its job is to hold lubricant in the housing and keep dust, water and particles out. It presses into covers, gearboxes, pumps and motors, and its nominal size is a 28 mm shaft, a 56 mm housing bore and a 7 mm height. Because it is a wear part, it should be swapped out as soon as leakage appears.
