The DBH 1156/85 is a radial shaft seal that keeps lubricant in and contaminants out of rotating equipment. It presses into the housing and its flexible lip runs against the shaft, so it is treated as a wear part and replaced during scheduled or corrective maintenance.

This seal follows the A 016 design and carries standard dimensions: shaft 32 mm, housing 50 mm, height 8.00 mm. The elastomer lip bears on the shaft, backed by an internal spring, while the metal outer case holds the seal firmly in the housing. It protects bearings and gears in any assembly with rotating movement.
