Description
DAYCO AA96 belongs to v-belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for AA96 and any equivalents.
The Dayco AA96 is a double-V (hexagonal) belt in the AA profile with a length of 2489.2 mm. It is built for drives that require power transmission from both sides of the belt. Before fitting this belt, inspect the drive and sheaves.
Check sheave grooves for wear, rust, or embedded debris. Worn grooves can cause the belt to sit too deep, leading to slip and premature failure. Verify that all sheaves are aligned and that the drive is free of obstructions.
Confirm the belt marking on the old belt matches the AA profile and 2489.2 mm length. The same size is also listed under Gates AA96. Send us the part number and quantity for a quote.
After installation, check belt tension according to the drive manufacturer's specifications. Re-tension after the first few hours of operation. Inspect the belt regularly for signs of wear or cracking.
