Description

The Dayco 6080557 is a double-sided automotive multi-rib belt with 8 ribs, a width of 27.94 mm and an effective length of 1415.03 mm. It is also listed under the alias 8PKK1415. Before fitting this belt, inspect the drive and sheaves.
A double-sided multi-rib belt runs on both sides, so every sheave and idler it contacts matters. Check each pulley groove for wear, rust, burrs or embedded debris. Worn grooves can let the ribs sit too deep, while a damaged sheave surface will shorten the life of any new belt. Confirm that all accessories and tensioners turn freely and that no component is misaligned.
Measure the old belt only after it is off the drive, and compare it to the 1415.03 mm effective length of the Dayco 6080557. Count the ribs on the old belt and confirm the 8-rib, 27.94 mm width. If the old belt is stretched or damaged, use the part number as the reference rather than the worn belt.
When you request a quote, send the part number 6080557 or the alias 8PKK1415, along with the application details and the quantity you need. MR Industrial Accessories supplies customers in the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America by WhatsApp or email.
