Description
DAYCO 5081294 belongs to poly-V belt, part of our Power transmission range. Tell us how many you need by WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you promptly with a quote for 5081294 and any equivalents.
This Dayco 5081294 is an automotive multi-rib (serpentine) belt with 8 ribs, a width of 27.94 mm and an effective length of 3288.03 mm. It is also listed under the alias 8PK2388. Serpentine belts of this type drive multiple accessories on an engine from a single belt.
On a serpentine drive, one multi-rib belt runs the alternator, power steering pump, water pump and air conditioning compressor, depending on the engine layout. The ribs seat in the pulley grooves and carry load across the full width, so the rib count and the length must match the drive before installation.
To confirm fit, read the marking on the back of the old belt and compare it with the part number and the 8-rib, 3288.03 mm effective length figures given here. Check the pulley grooves for wear or debris and confirm the routing matches the drive diagram.
If you are unsure whether this is the correct belt for your application, send the part number you need, the belt marking or the vehicle details to MR by WhatsApp or email. We carry Dayco belts and can help confirm the right belt or suggest an equivalent.
